Chef Lee Cohen joined Cocktail Affairs as Executive Chef in June 2014. Chef Lee is known for his modern creative cuisine dishes with seasonal influences which are represented in each and every dish. Chef Lee’s love for great food started from the early age of 16 working his way up from fast food to fine dining restaurants. His love and appreciation for quality ingredients guides him with his seasonally inspired menus and his overall cuisine tastes.

In 2008, he was on the opening team for the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has worked numerous celebrity award show banquets with Wolfgang Puck Catering. He has serviced within the Entertainment industry, such as: Oscars, Grammys, Emmys and Golden Globes. Chef Lee is certified through American Culinary Federation as well as a food handler and safety instructor.
Chef Lee emphasis on simplicity, clean flavors, refined modern day techniques and a relentless pursuit of perfection with every meal, everyday.
